Pastor Bill Bearden has served as the Senior Pastor of Harvest Assembly since May 2004. He and his wife Lynn Bearden have been used mightily in this region and around the world to advance the Kingdom. Prior to coming to Oak Grove, Pastor Bearden had Pastored other churches, growing congregations from fewer than 27 to over 500 in a few short years under the annointing of the Holy Spirit. He currently serves various postions within the community along with across the state. Pastor Bearden has been in minsitry for over 30 years working to advance the Kingdom. Dustin and Hannah Clements came on staff November of 2016. Dustin and Hannah met in March of 2012 and married May 18, 2013. They have two children Hartley and Emerson. Dustin and Hannah believe that kids today are hit from all sides with things that are hard to handle. Pastor Dustin works to equip Kids to be able to handle the hard times by turning to Jesus as their strength. His focus is to minister to the child's whole family. His passion is to get down in the trenches and battle the enemy with them and show God's love above all else.

David and Alexis Johnson are high school sweethearts who married on June 28, 2015. They have two children, Olivia and Charlotte. They have been active in various ministries since their teens, but since 2019 have felt God drawing them to youth ministry. Their desire is to help students become grounded and established in the faith, and to make disciples that make disciples. They hope to help create a culture that encourages students and their families to prioritize their relationship with God above everything else. Cristi Albritton joined the leadership team in September 2016 as our Missionette/Girls Ministries Director.  Cristi has lived in Oak Grove all her life.  She has 2 children, Brittany Wilson married to Joseph Wilson and Bradley Albritton.  She also has one beautiful granddaughter, Annalee.  Cristi has been involved in the Missionetts program since 1995.  Cristi loves what this program stands for and firmly believes that as women we have to train up the younger girls in how to be woman of God.  Her heart is to watch girls grow in their relationship with God as well as give them the confidence they need to be the next leaders of our church.  She also loves the Honors Celebration because that one night girl is treated like a homecoming queen!
