Pastor Bill Bearden has served as the Senior Pastor of Harvest Assembly since May 2004. He and his wife Lynn Bearden have been used mightily in this region and around the world to advance the Kingdom. Prior to coming to Oak Grove, Pastor Bearden had Pastored other churches, growing congregations from fewer than 27 to over 500 in a few short years under the annointing of the Holy Spirit. He currently serves various postions within the community along with across the state. Pastor Bearden has been in minsitry for over 30 years working to advance the Kingdom. David and Alexis Johnson are high school sweethearts who married on June 28, 2015. They have two children, Olivia and Charlotte. They have been active in various ministries since their teens, but since 2019 have felt God drawing them to youth ministry. Their desire is to help students become grounded and established in the faith, and to make disciples that make disciples. They hope to help create a culture that encourages students and their families to prioritize their relationship with God above everything else. More than anything, they hope to please the Father with their ministry and their lives.

Joe and Brittany Wilson are married and have 2 beautiful little girls, Annalee and Amelia. Joe grew up down south in Des Allemands, LA and moved to Monroe, LA to pursue ministry by going to Bible College where he received his credentials and licensing for the Assemblies of God. Joe and Brittany have served in various ministries together over the years and have been faithful members to Harvest Assembly since 2015. Joe has always held a passion for worship and music. Joe is currently the Worship Pastor/Leader to a great team at Harvest Assembly. He believes worship is an essential part of a church service to lead the congregation into an atmosphere of worship, praise, and thanksgiving. Worship is not just a duty, but it is a delight. We were built to worship and God deserves all of the glorification. Worship not only honors God, but it transforms us as well. Joe’s heart is for people to see God through him as it is only God using a vessel to proclaim His words through music and singing.
